An incredible antique or vintage brooch depicting a scorpion, the 9ct rose gold body featuring old cut blue zircons, garnets, amethysts and a zircon or spinel gemstones which have been claw set. There is a simple pin and C catch fitting to the reverse, making it easy and secure to pin to clothing. A wonderful statement piece which really packs a (non-venomous) punch!
CONDITION
In very good antique/vintage condition, with some light surface wear commensurate with age. The pin and catch function perfectly. The pin is metal and not gold, and could be a replacement.
