An adorable little lucky charm in 9ct yellow gold, made up of three items - a horseshoe, a die and a cornicello; an Italian talisman said to ward off the evil eye. Its a tiny piece but looks fabulous on a neckchain, or it can also be attached to a charm bracelet!
