All items can be returned for a no-quibble refund.

Sometimes sizing isn't quite what you expected, or perhaps you just don't like the piece as much as you thought you would. No problem! I will never want you to keep an item that you are not completely happy with.

Please read my return policy details below.

  • You must notify me within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items must be returned to me within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with any boxes or special packaging.
  • Items should be returned using a tracked and/or signed for service to prevent the risk of loss en route. Any items sent using non-tracked/signed for services that get lost are the sender's responsibility.
  • Items will be refunded in full, minus the cost of the original postage.
  • Items purchased via layaway/deposit scheme will be refunded minus the initial deposit. Layaway deposits are non-refundable, but can be used as store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except in the event of an item being "not as described". In this case, the item cost plus the postage will be refunded.
  • International returns must be declared as "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside of the package. Packages which are not declared as such are liable for customs/import fees, which may be deducted from your refund total.
