- Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland: Wednesday 15th December
- Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg: Friday 17th December
- UK 1st Class Signed For: Monday 20th December
