An elegant long bar brooch from the late Victorian to early Edwardian period, featuring a lucky horseshoe set with nine seed pearls, fully crafted in 9ct yellow gold with a secure hook clasp.
Did you know? Horseshoes pointing upwards are said to "catch" good luck, whereas downwards pointing horseshoes spread good luck onto others instead. Luckily this brooch can be worn either way depending on your mood!

CONDITION
In very good antique condition, with some light surface wear commensurate with age. The pin and catch function perfectly.
