An attractive late Victorian to early Edwardian pendant featuring an oval shaped piece of carnelian, an intaglio engraving of a male head in portrait to the front and plain to the back, in a yellow metal decorative frame. A beautiful piece which can be worn with gold or yellow metal chains.

CONDITION
In good antique condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. There is a light scratch on the carnelian as shown, but it is faint and isn't immediately noticeable.
