- Measurements = 26.6mm (W) x 14.9mm (H)
- Weight = 4.2 grams approx.
A delightful late Victorian brooch of a swallow in flight, the body set with characterful old paste stones, with a cabochon red stone for the eye and feather engravings, with a simple and sturdy pin and C catch to the reverse.
The swallow was a sentimental symbol during the 19th and 20th century, often used in jewellery to represent love and loyalty.

CONDITION
In good antique condition, with some light wear commensurate with age. A few of the pastes are a little yellowed as per the photos, but generally they are bright and in great condition. The pin and catch function perfectly.
